When can I reserve an enxcursion or tour?
You can arrange these services as soon as your hotel reservation is confirmed and have the confirmation number. Unfortunately it is not possible to arrange services without have hotel reservation made through our travel agency.

What is the minimal amount of people?
All our programs are devided into two groups: - individuals – from 1 up to 15 people - groups – from 15 and more people

What is the latest time to make the arrangement?
The latest time is 2 days prior arrival for up to 15 people and 30 days for groups of more then 15 people.

Is the sent request immediately firm?
No, we will compile the offer for you including prices and will send it to your e-mail. If you will decide to accept that, we will reconfirm by return firmly.

Can I check the prices before filling the form in?
Unfortunately not, all prices are upon request but we will send you all information upon your independent request within a few hours.

What are the ways of payment?
1. credit card chargment 2. bank transfer Individuals – up to 15 pax We will charge your card during you stay in the hotel. Groups – more then 15 pax The whole payment has to be done 30 days in advance.
