How do we pay?
You will receive a booking confirmation from us with all the details of your charter, including payment. Normally 30% of the charter is payable upon confirmation, and the rest 5 weeks prior to embarkation, or at embarkation time on the base.

Can I pay by credit card?
The preferred payment is via bank transfer but rarely we can arrange an invoice payment as well. We accept Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard, American Express and Diners Club international.

What do I need to sail a boat?
You do not need to hold a sailing certificate or license and Restricted radiooperator licence in case it is not included in the skipper licence. You must be able to document the necessary experience to safely handle a bareboat yacht as well

Is it neccessery to have an appropriate skipper in the group?
Yes it is but if you would like to sail a boat and have not time to make the licence we can arrnge it for you. Please contact us on e-mail eva.racova@1BigEurope.com

Are the linen and towers included in the price?
Yes, they are.

Are there life vests and other safety equipment on board?
All yachts we cooperate with are very well equipped with the safety equipment. This includes safety vests, harnesses, life raft, VHF, radar reflector, lighted buoys, distress signals, fire extinguishers, and much more.
